Order processing
Orders are normally confirmed and prepared within 2–4 working days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, sales or periods of high demand. We will contact you if additional confirmation is required.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on your city and the courier service. Please provide a complete address and an active phone number so the courier can reach you. Delays caused by weather, public holidays or courier operations may be outside Dishora's control.
Checking your parcel
Our products are carefully packed for transit. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and clear photos within 24 hours.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge will be confirmed before your order is finalized. Charges may vary based on destination, parcel size and weight.
